Our 19’ Offshore is a small boat made for big water! This is a very good basic boat which can do a lot of things on a reasonable budget. We have tested this boat on several trips from Manila to Palawan and Subic to Boracay and it has gotten us there quickly and safely, and caught a few Tanigue in between.
